These special offerings often come directly from winery cellars and private hospitality programs, creating opportunities that are rarely available outside of personal relationships.

Collectors who cannot attend the event may participate through private proxy bidding during the live auction.

The Online Auction opens the Friday before the live event, runs for nine days, and is open to bidders nationwide.

While the Live Auction during the event features a tightly curated selection of 14–17 marquee, once-in-a-lifetime lots, the Online Auction offers a broader collection of exceptional wines and experiences, accessible from anywhere in the country.

This is where rare Napa Valley wines, large-format magnums, collector verticals, private tastings, luxury travel, and distinctive lifestyle packages become available beyond the 200 seats in the room.

Whether you are in Texas, Chicago, Florida, New York, or beyond, this is exclusive access without travel.

Why it Matters

Behind the world-class auction is a mission that is community-focused and profoundly human.

The BIG Night funds the transformational programs of the Boys & Girls Clubs of St. Helena and Calistoga, serving youth and their families across St. Helena, Calistoga, and Angwin.

When wildfires displaced families, the Club stepped in.

When COVID disrupted income and food security, the Club provided meals and support.

When a young person questioned their worth, the Club ensured they were seen, supported, and reminded that their life has immeasurable value.

When a single parent of four worked daily until 7 p.m., the Club extended its hours so those children would remain safe and cared for.

But this is only a fraction of the story.

Because of The BIG Night, the Club can:

Provide youth memberships (valued at $3,441 per child annually)

Operate twice-yearly teen retreats in nature

Ensure access to nutritious meals and snacks so no child goes hungry

Fund licensed mental health support and therapy access

Provide safe, supervised childcare before and after school

Respond immediately during community crises

Offer college tours, scholarship guidance, and a dedicated Career Advisor

Deliver arts, music, and STEM programming that sparks creativity and curiosity

Create a space where every child feels a sense of belonging, and knows a trusted adult is always available

Fund enrichment camps and field trips that expand learning beyond the classroom

Offer sports and activity to support physical and mental well-being

Support mentorship opportunities that help young people build confidence and life skills
