As the lucky winning bidder, you will have your first chilled 3 liter bottle of Schramsberg Blanc de Blanc opened tableside via saber for you and your table to enjoy this evening. The second 3 liter bottle, which has been signed by Hugh Davies of Schramsberg, and a Schramsberg saber, are yours to take home to saber and savor. 

 Take an Educational Distillery Tour, and then taste through a flight of their award-winning and locally made spirits, all while learning about how to properly taste distilled spirits. This experience for 4 people also includes a $50 gift certificate, Bottle of Whiskey, Neutral Brandy (Vodka) and their Original Meyer Lemon Variety. 

The Savage & Cooke distillery, owned by Napa Valley winemaker Dave Phinney, is located on historic Mare Island and opened in 2018. Savage & Cooke distills, ages, finishes, and bottles a range of brown spirits including Bourbon, Whiskey, and Rye. Head down to historic Mare Island for an in-depth tour of the facility including the barrel room, production room and rooftop view. 

Following the tour, there will be a sit down tasting in the Vault including The Burning Chair Bourbon and Second Glance American Whiskey. This experience for 4-6 people will be hosted by a senior member of their production or management team and comes with a bottle of the Lip Service Rye Whiskey. 

The next stop on your adventure takes you to ‘the South’.  You will make plans to travel to Bardstown, Kentucky, the “Bourbon Capital of the World”. Lodging for your visit will be at The Huston House, a premier vacation rental located in the historic downtown district. This perfectly appointed and located two bedroom, two bath will be your home away from home for 2 nights/3 days during your visit to Kentucky.   

While in Bardstown, experience a once-in-a-lifetime tour and tasting with Kentucky Bourbon Hall of Fame Master Distiller, Steve Nally at the Bardstown Bourbon Company.  With close to 50 years of industry experience, Steve Nally is one of the few remaining Bourbon Hall of Fame Master Distillers currently working in this capacity. He and his wife Donna are the only living husband-and-wife couple in the Bourbon Hall of Fame.  This all-inclusive thieving experience comes with a bottle of Bardstown Bourbon’s latest release, Fusion 7 signed by Master Distiller, Steve Nally, and a $100 gift card. 

Another mainstay and not to be missed is Willett Distillery.  Established in 1936, one of America's smallest, independent family-owned and operated distilleries located in Bardstown, Kentucky. Specializing in hand-crafted, Small Batch and Single Barrel rare selections of distilled spirits. Drew Kulsveen, Willetts Master Distiller has received numerous James Beard nominations. This experience will include a Distillery and Production Tour with Tasting.  Tour will focus on the family history and the whiskey making process. It will conclude with samples of the Willett whiskies.

   Nature, quiet, and a space to feel safe and loved.

Twice a year the Boys & Girls Clubs of St. Helena and Calistoga take Teens to Oregon for a week allowing them the space to separate from their home lives, disconnect from social media, and spend time with friends. Teens are housed in rustic cabins in the mountains just outside of Ashland Oregon, where our staff facilitates workshops for the Teens to help them deal with personal trauma, anxiety, and other mental health issues. Each evening culminates in a gratitude practice, which has been scientifically shown to improve connectedness, happiness, and love, all of which teens need now more than ever.

All meals are catered, and the trip ends with a day in Ashland for the kids to explore. All this is provided at no charge to the Teens; all we ask of them is to be open, curious, and compassionate as they work to become the best version of themselves.

Enjoy a poolside evening with live music while you dine in To Kalon Vineyard on the Detert Vineyard property. Today, To Kalon is perhaps the most famous vineyard in the United States, carrying with it a fabled chronicle of its legacy and ownership. Detert Family Vineyards are located on the coveted eastern bench-land of the Mayacamas Mountains in the heart of the Oakville appellation, where, since 1953, the family has grown Cabernet Franc and Cabernet Sauvignon. 

You will be immersed in a history rich with story while sipping Detert Family To Kalon wines and enjoying a meal catered by Natalie & Jonathan Niksa of La Saison fame. Joining you will be winemaker Tom Garrett, along with his wife KC Garrett as they entertain and share stories of this famed vineyard and property.
