Send a Teen to the Oregon Retreat
Twice a year, 25+ teens embark on a transformative six-day retreat into the Oregon mountains to experience the power of nature and connectedness. Teens stay in rustic cabins and are disconnected from social media and the pressures of homelife, while fostering relationships and new connections with their peers.
Workshops facilitated by trained Club staff provide teens with invaluable tools to cope with personal challenges such as trauma, anxiety, and mental health issues. Each evening, a gratitude practice enhances the essential qualities of vulnerability, happiness, and love.
Previous attendees were surveyed:
- 100% experienced a reduction in anxiety
- 100% felt the retreat equipped them with tools to deal with stress, trauma, and depression
- 100% believe it is important their peers attend a retreat in the future
